Submitting an order is very simple. Once you decide on your voice-over talent and delivery date, we will give you an estimate within 24 hours. Your professional Japanese voice-over will be delivered in 3-7 business days.
Please browse our list of diverse voice-over talents, and select the voice-over talent or voice actor of your preference. With ten key categories describing the tone of voice, we make it very easy for you to quickly find the talent that’s right for you.
Based on the character count of your script, requested delivery date, and your intended use of the voice-over, we will create a quote within 24 hours. Please see our pricing page for details.

Once you verify our quote, we will solidify the details including pace and tone of voice. We will then ask you to make 100% of the payment via Paypal before the recording.
Recoding will proceed as soon as the details are confirmed. The voice-over will be recorded between 3 to 7 business days, and after quality assurance and your final check the voice-over will be delivered. Should you need a re-recording, please contact us upon reading the re-recording rules listed on the bottom of this page.

If you need the voice-over to be delivered in faster than 3 business days, please contact us for a separate quote. Express delivery is possible depending on the availability of the voice-over talent. The first “business day” is the day after your request is received.
Not-for-fee re-recording is only available for literal misreading or obvious errors in intonations. A for-free retake is available if the delivered voice-over doesn’t satisfy your image, nuance, and speed, or if the errors are in the script. Although we try our best to communicate the recording details to the narrators, please be aware that very specific directions are difficult to realize over email and phone.
“A business day” is defined as Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6:30pm JST. Weekends and Japanese national holidays are not included. Please be aware that although we try to respond to urgent requests as promptly as possible, our response may be delayed should the request happen outside a business day.
